about the role
They are currently looking for a Regional TA Manager to join them. You will play a hands-on role as a manager working collaboratively with business leaders and will be instrumental in attracting, recruiting, and delivering top talent. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and leading the APAC TA team while continually identifying and implementing best practices. The position requires you to develop and lead talent delivery strategies to suit the local markets while still playing a hands-on role in the candidate recruitment/delivery/onboarding process.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, leading a team of 3 TA Specialists.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of IT recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role. You have strong stakeholder management skills.
