Project Manager (LSS/C&I/BESS) C&S & Electrical
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) lifecycle for Large Scale Solar (LSS) and C&I projects.
BESS Integration: Oversee the technical deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems, ensuring seamless integration with PV infrastructure and grid requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and Malaysian authorities (e.g., ST, TNB, SEDA).
Budget & Timeline: Manage project P&L, ensuring projects are delivered within margin and meet all milestone deadlines.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with DOSH, CIDB, and local safety standards.

Head of Engineering (LSS/BESS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Roadmap: Define the engineering standards for the company’s LSS and BESS portfolios, focusing on system optimization and LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) reduction.
Design Oversight: Lead the engineering team in producing high-quality SLDs, layouts, and system simulations using tools like PVSyst, ETAP, or Helioscope.
Value Engineering: Review technical bids and procurement specs to optimize CAPEX while maintaining high performance ratios.
Grid Compliance: Direct the strategy for grid impact studies and interconnection applications, ensuring compliance with the Malaysian Grid Code.
Innovation: Stay ahead of technology trends (e.g., N-type modules, liquid-cooled BESS) to keep the company’s project pipeline competitive.

- Project-oriented and able to handle projects independently.
- Willing to relocate/travel to get involved in the entire cycle of project.
