... Lead the Compensation & Benefits strategy including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and structure design.
Manage and guide the Rewards Specialist on daily operations and performance deliverables.
Liaise with external parties such as insurers for benefits administration (e.g., medical, dental, optical, gym memberships, health screenings).
Analyze market trends and internal data to propose enhancements to rewards programs.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to align reward strategies with business goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to compensation and benefits.
Contribute to HR projects and workforce planning initiatives in support of organizational growth.
Must haves:
Strong technical experience in job evaluation, compensation structuring, and benefits administration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities may shift quickly.
Proven track record of team collaboration and people management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to propose creative, data-driven solutions in reward strategies.
