Sales Documentation: Managing the end-to-end processing of all sales documents (Booking Forms, SPAs, loan documents, progressive billing) and ensuring compliance with the HDA.
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between purchasers, financial institutions, panel solicitors, and real estate agencies.
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the Sales Administration team while driving process improvements and system management (CRM/Booking systems).
Reporting & Governance: Preparing critical sales and collection reports, monitoring key KPIs, and ensuring audit readiness and full regulatory compliance.
skills and requirements
- Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of substantive experience specifically within property sales administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, leading an administrative team.
- Deep and practical understanding of Malaysian property laws, the Housing Development Act (HDA), and standard residential/commercial loan documentation processes.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, advanced features of Microsoft Excel, and various digital documentation/workflow tools.
