Product Promotion: Pitch and sell a variety of products, including Personal Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, SME Financing, and Bancassurance.
Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Financial Advisory: Conduct basic financial needs analysis for customers to recommend the most suitable banking solutions.
Documentation & Compliance: Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications and ensure all activities adhere to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations and internal AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor products, interest rates, and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduates: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing is preferred. However, many banks (like Maybank or CIMB) accept degrees from any discipline if you demonstrate strong communication skills.
Non-Degree Holders: You can apply with an SPM (minimum 5 passes including BM) or a Diploma, provided you have at least 1–2 years of sales experience.
