Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development activities by acquiring new clients and strategic partners.
• Sell and cross-sell a portfolio of financing and digital financial solutions based on client needs.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify new partnership opportunities, business models, and market expansion strategies.
• Act as a brand representative at client meetings, networking sessions, and industry events.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer pain points and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience managing SME clients or partnerships will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen and drive are encouraged to apply.
