You will need to:
- Develop the annual sales plan, establishing clear objectives and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Forecast and monitor sales performance, making data-driven adjustments to stay aligned with company targets.
- Manage and allocate the sales budget, optimizing resource distribution to maximize opportunities and ROI.
- Conduct regular audits of sales processes, client engagement, and performance metrics to maintain high standards.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including interior designers, contractors, retail distributors, and architects.
- Drive high-level negotiations with major accounts, ensuring profitable, long-term business partnerships.
Requirements:
- Solid 3-5 years’ experience in sales management role, preferably retail furniture/interior design industry
- Strong leadership capabilities in leading successful teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel (within Malaysia/overseas)
