About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Manager / Sales Executive to manage key accounts and drive new business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong interest in technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
Sell a comprehensive suite of IT solutions including hardware, software, networking, security, and managed services
Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
Support tender processes including RFPs, RFIs, and ITQs
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
Monitor market trends and provide input on pricing and go-to-market strategies
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues effectively
Forecast sales performance and track key account metrics
Work closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a sales or account management role (preferably within IT or technology solutions)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly self-motivated with a proactive, “hunter” mindset
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Team player with a collaborative approach
