- Manage the sales process from lead generation and site viewing to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional packages to hit high-volume targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate an internal sales team and external real estate agencies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular product briefings and sales training to ensure the team can handle complex buyer inquiries and high-stakes negotiations.
