Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and unlock new revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring structured execution of sales processes and best practices
- Drive team performance by removing obstacles, resolving challenges, and fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client business needs
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solutions sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Strong experience managing complex, long sales cycles in a consultative selling environment
- Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into solution-based outcomes
- Experience working with partners and managing strategic accounts
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willingness to travel as required
