They are currently looking for a dedicated Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager/Manager to join their team and support the company’s expansion plans. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a leadership position, take ownership of sales and marketing initiatives, and drive growth in a fast-paced property development environment.

about the job

Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies for all new projects. Partner closely with creative agencies to define project positioning, branding, naming, advertising, and overall communication plans.
Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms for both new and ongoing projects.
Explore and execute strategic collaborations and co-branding opportunities with external partners.
Direct the planning and flawless execution of all new project launches, overseeing the setup of sales galleries and show units, developing pricing strategies and sales packages, and managing the end-to-end sales infrastructure, including booking systems and end-financier relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform project planning and positioning.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring expenditures align with approved plans and sales targets.
Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
Lead and optimise social media strategies to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.

skills and requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management is required.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in the property market and industry is required.
