key responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the Energy Division, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients across commercial, industrial, and government sectors
• Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in the energy sector, informing strategic decisions and product offerings.
• Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and promote company's energy solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Financial Management: Contribute to budget planning and management for the Energy Division's sales and marketing activities, monitoring performance against targets and optimizing resource allocation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams.
