- Developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs for end-users on various SAP Ariba modules and functionalities.
- Ensuring smooth user adoption and maximizing the benefits of the SAP Ariba implementation.
- Designing, developing, and updating training materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, presentations, exercises, and e-learning modules.
- Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually.experience
