about the job
- To excute configuration, deployment, customization & maintaining SAP SF modules.
- To understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP SF and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Identify key business processes and pain points of the customized solutions
- Address specific business needs and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
- To work together with project teams to facilitate seamless integration and implementation of SAP SF.
- Conduct system testing to validate the functionality and performance of SAP SF.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
about the manager/team
You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with Project Manager, Key Business Users, Business Analyst, Functional & other Technical Consultants and programmers within SAP SF project implementation, enhancement / support role
about requirements:
- Someone with at least 6 years of working experience in SAP SF / HCM implementation, enhancement and/or support project either in L2 or L3 is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Those from other HCM systems etc Oracle HCM or Workday or others is open to apply (can be considered)
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation of SAP SF / HCM is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Those with working exposure / certification in either one of these submodules ; EC / Payroll / RCM / ONB / PMGM / Compensation / LMS / Succession/CDP is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Those who has experience in Project Management or Solution Architecturing is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Those with consulting exposure is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone within Oil & Gas industry is preferred but not compulsary.
about the salary & benefits
- Prefer those who is able to speak Mandarin / Cantonese (VISA will be provided to be based in Hong Kong)
- up to RM 50,000 can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more (RM 40,000 for Manager & RM 50,000 for Senior Manager)
