about the job
- Work closely within a team and responsible for the project roll out out of SAP Success Factor initiatives to meet the needs of the business.
- Coordinate work activities with external implementation partners.
- Provide functional or process knowledge to bridge system process to business needs effectively
- Handle changes and service request related to SAP SF as part of Business as Usual (BAU).
- Act as a liaison between the business users and the technical team.
about the manager/team
The Client is already in S4 HANA environment & you will be given the opportunity to embark with projects for end to end full cycle Greenfield implementation in other regions. You are responsible for managing SAP SF operations within the Group.
... about requirements:
- Someone with at least 2 years of working experience in SAP implementation and/or support project.
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation / regional or global L2 support role of SAP SF module would be an added advantage but not compulsary.
- The exposure on Employee Central Payroll / Payroll module within Success Factor is a must.
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with core experience in in any of these SF sub modules ; recruitment / HCM / learning & performance / payroll is added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with any integration experience within SAP or non-SAP (other ERP/HRMS systems) or 3rs party platform is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with construction industry experience is an added advantage but not compulsary.
about the salary & benefits
- Only for MALAYSIAN
- up to RM 5,000 - RM 15,000 (consultant / senior consultant) can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
