How You’ll Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Substantial professional history providing hands-on technical support within complex network and ICT security environments.

• Proven technical mastery in configuring and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewall systems and associated security platforms.

• Deep knowledge of LAN infrastructure management and the practical application of network monitoring tools.

• Ability to operate with high autonomy at client sites while strictly adhering to project timelines and service level agreements.

• 5 years and above experience preferred.
