About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting and driving brand awareness, planning multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with internal teams including R&D, sales, and design, and will play an active role in shaping packaging, brand positioning, and marketing campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
Plan and manage multi-channel brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and events).
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and enhancements.
Guide brand positioning, packaging direction, and promotional content.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to ensure maximum ROI.
Support planning and execution of promotional events and exhibitions.
Manage sourcing of marketing materials and oversee budget utilization.
Prepare post-campaign reviews and reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in brand or product marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or F&B.
Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
Proficient in executing end-to-end campaigns across various channels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for effective and engaging marketing content.
