About the Role
As the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of one of Malaysia’s most loved seasoning products. This role requires a strong brand builder with strategic insight, team leadership experience, and a deep understanding of local culinary behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of consumer segmentation and insight-based brand positioning.
Champion brand strategy and innovation roadmap in alignment with business objectives and consumer trends.
Manage integrated brand plans including portfolio strategy, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution.
Own innovation and renovation initiatives, ensuring timely launches and impactful go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver 360° marketing plans.
Collaborate with agency partners to bring to life compelling brand stories that deepen consumer engagement.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team to deliver high performance and professional development.
Analyze brand health and commercial performance to inform strategic direction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7–8 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry, with proven team management experience.
Strong track record in leading innovation from concept to launch.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
Highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
Passionate about consumer behaviour and building brands with cultural resonance.
