• R&D & Optimization: Develop and refine formulations to improve cost-efficiency and product performance.
• Quality & Compliance: Oversee raw material testing and lab instrument calibration in line with company's HSEQ and international standards.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline color-matching cycles and provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Lab, QC, Sales, and Purchasing to ensure seamless product delivery and inventory management.
• Leadership: Mentor junior chemists and manage lab planning to meet lead-time targets and KPIs.

• A Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in Powder Coatings.
• A methodical problem-solver with strong leadership potential.
