Supervise and mentor a team providing technical guidance and overseeing daily contributions to ensure project excellence.
Act as the primary Package Owner/Manager for Reinforced Concrete (RC) and Infrastructure packages, maintaining end-to-end accountability for design, specifications, and scope of work.
Drive the preparation of comprehensive tender packages, ensuring all submissions are accurate, competitive, and meet rigorous project requirements.
Lead constructability assessments and develop logical construction sequencing to optimize site productivity and mitigate risks.
Closely monitor and control project budgets, ensuring resource allocations align with financial targets and project milestones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure total alignment with project goals.

skills & experience required

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 3-5 years of experience in a consultancy
Technical design experience for building structures, experience in industrial projects will have an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
