• A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of dual experience, demonstrating a robust track record in both professional consultancy and the property development sector.
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication; highly proficient in MS Office and specialised contract management software.
• In-depth expertise in industry-standard forms of contract, including FIDIC, PAM, JCT, or local equivalents.
