- manage and ensure the successful execution of production data workflows and adherence to data governance standards.
- implement and oversee data quality monitoring protocols via dashboards, audits, and anomaly detection.
- prepare, merge, and curate complex, analysis-ready datasets, including enrichment and loading into analytical platforms.
- conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover actionable trends and strategic business opportunities.
- support the validation and delivery of data products, models, and analytical solutions.
- drive automation initiatives to significantly boost workflow efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- produce high-impact, actionable insights and formal recommendations, including summary statistics and accuracy checks.
- build and maintain data mart solutions and perform necessary ETL (extract, transform, load) for modeling consumption.
knowledge, skills and experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience utilizing core data languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- 4+ years experience with ETL, data transformation, data mart development, data source ingestion, data pipelining, data warehousing solutions
- proven ability to develop impactful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- demonstrable proficiency in Linux and shell scripting for workflow automation.
- strong experience using powerpoint and flow-charting tools for project documentation and stakeholder communication.
- demonstrated critical thinking skills and enthusiasm for translating complex analysis into consistently accurate, actionable business insights.
- experience in quality controlling model development, validation, and productization processes to ensure accuracy and readiness.
