1. Development Planning & Strategy

• Feasibility & Analysis: Assist in conducting market research, defining development mixes, and performing basic financial modeling (including cost and revenue analysis).

• Proposal Support: Support the preparation of development concepts, feasibility studies, and proposal papers for management approval.

• Presentation: Create high-quality presentation materials to communicate project strategies to stakeholders.

2. Tender & Contract Administration

• Documentation: Coordinate the tender process, including preparing documentation and commercial comparisons.

• Evaluation: Assist in compiling evaluation papers for consultants and contractors.

• Monitoring: Support contract administration and ongoing budget monitoring to ensure financial alignment.

3. Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Liaison: Act as a point of contact for township stakeholders, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure project objectives are met.

• Project Flow: Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of design inputs and authority submissions.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify and highlight project risks or issues to the Senior Manager for timely resolution.

skills or requirements needed

• Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related fields.
• 4–8 years of relevant property development experience
