• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive project awareness. Coordinate with media agencies and consultants to deliver high-quality advertising materials and promotional schedules.
• Oversee the development of marketing collaterals, digital content, and scale models. Ensure all brochures and perspectives align with brand standards through close liaison with vendors and internal teams.
• Lead the organization of project launches, roadshows, and exhibitions. Manage post-event analysis and competitor research to identify market opportunities and refine future marketing tactics.
• Enhance sales gallery and show unit experiences by providing market insights to the design team. Ensure operational compliance by managing the timely application and renewal of APDL permits.

skills and requires

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
