Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on attracting technical and engineering talent.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and support managers with performance issues.
Foreign Worker Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for foreign workers, including work permit applications and renewals, visa matters, and liaison with government agencies (e.g., Immigration Department).
HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
Policy Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Worker Welfare: Coordinate and manage worker welfare, including accommodation, transportation, and health and safety compliance for blue-collar and foreign workers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Must have experience within the engineering or a related technical industry.
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must have experience managing foreign and/or blue-collar workers, in addition to prior experience within the engineering or a related technical industry.
