Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow.
Candidate Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all candidates, providing a positive and professional experience from the initial application to the final offer.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Recruitment & Market Analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular reports to HR management.
Represent the company at career fairs and other recruitment events to enhance our employer brand.
HR Administration & Compliance
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Handle all administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining accurate records.
Occasionally support generalist HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations as needed.
Must-Haves for This Candidate
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:
Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a dedicated recruitment role, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions.
Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate offers and build rapport with candidates.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
