Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data related to compensation and benefits (Total reward)
• Conduct audits and review staff data entries, absenteeism reports, and other leave-related reports before month-end to ensure accuracy and prevent errors by team members
• Administer monthly Group Insurance (GHS, GPA & GTL) declarations and coordinate with the insurance company on enrolment, and changes
• Coordinate and administer the annual Company Performance Management System, including timelines and documentation
• Manage, review, and administer salary packages for executive and managerial-level employees in accordance with company policies
• Support annual salary review, bonus and profit-sharing exercise, and promotion adjustments
• Monitor and follow up with team members on insurance claims, recruitment offers, and other assigned HR tasks to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Responsible for managing and continuously updating the Company’s Employee Privilege Program, including partnerships with hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and other service providers.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Support audits and ensure HR practices comply with labour laws, RBA, and company policies
• Monitor and manage HR-related matters for foreign workers and outsourced manpower agents
• Prepare and sending monthly HR reports for management, including headcount, and turnover, and ensure timely updating of HR headcount data in the company server
• Support HR projects and company events as assigned
• Administer the Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS), including system maintenance and audit-related matters
• Handle and respond to employee enquiries on HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters

• Bachelor's degree or master in Human Resources management or relevant discipline
• Experience with compensation and benefit functions in multinational environment
• Excellent knowledge and skill in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable and experience in HR system
• Able to deal with all level of employee
