the qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor assembly within Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Skilled in work study, plant layout design, material standards, and headcount modeling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
