key responsibilities:

Design and Development: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure Java Spring Boot microservices using industry best practices and design patterns.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code; conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
Architecture: Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical roadmap for the microservices ecosystem.
Performance and Reliability: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the microservices.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features on time.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide intermediate and junior developers on technical best practices, coding standards, and microservices development.

requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional development experience with Java.
Core Expertise: Deep and demonstrable expertise in developing and deploying Java Spring Boot applications within a microservices architecture.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of core Java concepts, including concurrent programming, threading, and object-oriented design (OOD).
Database: Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases, including effective schema design and query optimization.
APIs: Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

nice to haves:

Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for inter-service communication.
Experience implementing security best practices (e.g., OAuth2, JWT) in a microservices environment.
