We are looking for a strategic and high-caliber Senior Manager, Credit Management to ensure sound credit risk practices while driving quality loan portfolio growth. You will oversee four key pillars and you will be the primary authority for credit solutions and decision-making for our Hire Purchase portfolio, while ensuring operational excellence and robust risk mitigation across the organization.

• Credit Operations (Credit Approval & Review): Manage the daily operations of a credit team, overseeing thorough analysis of creditworthiness and approving high-value sensitive cases.

• Project Management: Act as the subject matter expert and lead for any company-wide projects requiring credit advisory or integration.

• CCRIS Management: Serve as the primary contact for Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) to resolve any CCRIS-related issues or reporting requirements. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines including credit exposure, KYC, and income documentation

• Regional Credit Oversight: Oversee and align credit operations for our regional offices

• Policy & Strategy: Develop and implement credit evaluation policies aligned with the company’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

• Risk Mitigation: Monitor portfolio performance, flag early warning signals (delinquency), and ensure strict adherence to KYC and income documentation guidelines.

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and Risk teams to enhance credit decisioning systems, including AI-driven tools and scorecards.
