- Lead and manage both developer sales and sub-sales efforts to meet overall sales targets and business goals.
- Strategize and implement occupancy-driven campaigns to boost take-up rates and enhance property occupancy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to support business development and sales conversion.
- Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform and refine sales and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities while developing strategies to maximise ROI and drive performance.
skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in sales and leasing, ideally within the property development or real estate sector.
- Strong grasp of sales strategies, market dynamics, and property valuation principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
