The purpose of the job is to support clients' and shareholders' objectives through high-level research, program management, advisory services, feasibility assessments, project management to ensure success, policy planning facilitation, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic evaluations. Additionally, the role includes conducting strategic special project research and development work for the Company, which may encompass advisory services, program management, business review, research, and other tasks as deemed appropriate.
Key Accountabilities1. Research and Advisory
Conduct in-depth research on national-level initiatives and policies.
Provide expert advisory services to senior management and stakeholders on government and planning.
Analyze economic trends, fiscal reports, and policy documents and other information for informed decision-making by the government.
2. Feasibility Assessment
Perform detailed feasibility assessments of national-level initiatives and projects.
Develop comprehensive reports outlining the financial, operational, and strategic viability of proposals.
Identify potential risks and benefits associated with proposed initiatives and recommend mitigation strategies.
3. Implementation and Oversight
Monitor and evaluate the progress of initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and integration of government projects.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on initiatives.
Represent the organization at relevant meetings and present updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or any related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experiences and Skills
A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, program management and monitoring functions, financial planning, advisory or a related field.
Proven experience in establishing policies, framework and processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
