As the Regional Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the brand and portfolio strategy across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on brand equity building, innovation, and people leadership. You will play a critical role in shaping marketing strategy, launching new products, and driving regional growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's market leadership position and will report directly to the regional marketing head.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies to drive business growth and market share across Southeast Asia.
Champion innovation and lead regional new product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization, in collaboration with cross-functional and local market teams.
Develop and roll out regional communication strategies and marketing campaigns in alignment with global brand positioning.
Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and consumer experience across all touchpoints.
Partner with research and insights teams to leverage consumer, category, and shopper data to inform decision-making.
Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate and future-proof the brand portfolio.
Collaborate with commercial and country teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution and drive visibility in-store and online.
Manage and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative and agile work culture.
Oversee regional A&P budget and ensure effective allocation of marketing investments to maximize ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to regional brand management and new product development.
Demonstrated track record of leading brand strategy, campaign execution, and innovation projects across multiple SEA markets.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, influence, and develop talent.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
