• System Design: Lead the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems (compressed air, steam, chilled water) for sophisticated industrial facilities.

• Technical Leadership: Perform and review complex engineering calculations, including heat load analysis, pressure drop, and equipment sizing using industry-standard software.

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the mechanical scope of projects, ensuring designs are compliant with local Malaysian codes (UBBL) as well as international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA).

• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Process Engineers to ensure a seamless "design-build" integration.

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and quality control reviews for junior and intermediate engineers.

• Sustainable Innovation: Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable design practices to meet client ESG goals.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mechanical design, specifically within the AEC or industrial sectors.

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit and thermal modeling software (e.g., HAP, TRACE).

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial utility systems and cleanroom environments is a significant advantage.
