You will need to:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales, margin, and inventory turnover.
Oversee product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and stock allocation to ensure market competitiveness.
Assist the merchandising manager includes lead & mentoring, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive seasonal product planning and ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns.
Utilize data analytics to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and evolving consumer preferences in the sports retail sector.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in merchandising team, preferably sports retail
Strong communication & analytical skills
