• Client-Centric Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for multiple external SME clients, ensuring their network health aligns with agreed SLAs.

• End-to-End Engineering: Take full ownership of the network lifecycle, from initial design and hardware implementation to ongoing operational maintenance.

• NOC Excellence: Proactively monitor performance, analyze trends, and resolve advanced network issues to minimize downtime across various client sites.

• Technical Mentorship: Serve as a senior guide for junior engineers, sharing technical expertise and best practices to elevate the team's overall capability.

• Infrastructure Evolution: Plan and execute critical network upgrades, patches, and configuration changes while maintaining precise documentation of topologies.

• Incident Ownership: Lead the response for critical network incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid resolution and client satisfaction.

How You’ll Succeed

• 3+ years of experience in an enterprise network environment, ideally coming from a Systems Integrator (SI) environment.

• Advanced skills in configuring and troubleshooting a variety of network products, including Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, H3C, and Aruba.

• A strong portfolio of work covering network design, hands-on implementation, and day-to-day operations.

• Excellent communication skills with experience dealing directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide advisory.

• Comfortable with a in-office work schedule and a willingness to participate in a standby rotation for incident management (standby allowance provided).

• Local Malaysian candidates with industry certifications like CCNA or CCNP are strongly preferred.
