• Conduct quality control checks throughout project stages to ensure deadlines are achieved and team performance meets expectations.
• Oversee staff to ensure tasks are carried out to a high standard, maintaining smooth project execution, addressing client needs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Assign responsibilities and guide team members to ensure timely completion of work, while mentoring and managing overall team performance.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, quality assurance policies, and performance standards across all project activities.
• Lead and manage diverse teams by providing clear direction, fostering motivation, and maintaining team morale, especially during high-demand periods.
• Drive initiatives for process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Carry out additional duties as required by superiors when necessary.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in a sheet metal fabrication manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of handling unexpected challenges and adjusting to new systems or processes.
• Excellent communicator, able to keep the team informed of updates or issues while providing support when needed.
• Strong technical expertise with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
