Main Responsibilities

Partnering with global and local product owners to deliver data solutions

Support global and local product owners during the ideation, design and development process of new features on the data pipeline (datamart, dataflow, dataset) or in the dashboard/report (data model, visualization, advanced dax)
Analyze the current state and derive a strategic roadmap, and ideate and evaluate concepts to achieve successful transformation
Support the configuration, development and testing of data solution
Accelerate time-to-delivery during POC, MVP development phases using Agile methodology
Be the design authority by ensuring all solutions meet best in-class design standards in terms of technology, performance, UI/UX, maintainability, scalability, sustainability and security.
Deliver projects on time and on budget
Propose and follow up on improvement plans in case one or multiple standards of quality are not met
Minimize redundancies and maximize reusability of data components within and across domains
Be a promoter/influencer by supporting communication and education of local digital champions and local representatives, accelerating the adoption of BI tools and becoming autonomous
Help implement a sustainable user support model for each product
Help to develop new use cases requiring advanced analytics, data mining or data science technique
Collaboration with the other Digital experts (automation, application…) to boost the team competency and deliver comprehensive product
Develop business with existing and new clients

About The Manager/Team
Direct report to Global Power BI Tech Lead and work closely with IT department (iTeam) > Digital Solutions.
