You will play a key role within the R&D team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of RF systems and sub-systems. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept to production and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance communication products.
This is a hands-on design role suited for engineers who enjoy creative problem-solving, developing prototypes, and working in a cooperative and dynamic environment.
about the requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in RF design and development, ideally within communication systems or related industries.
- Strong background in RF Tx/Rx design, power amplifiers, matching networks, antenna tuning, and EMC/EMI.
- Proficient with RF simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS) and test instruments (VNA, spectrum analyzer, anechoic chamber).
- Familiar with wireless standards such as LTE/5G, GNSS, and Wi-Fi.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
