Our client is a well-established main contractor with a strong portfolio in high-rise residential and commercial developments. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Purchasing Manager to lead procurement activities across multiple high-rise projects.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing functions, including sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and cost control for construction materials and services.

- Lead procurement for high-rise construction projects (structural & architectural materials).
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Work closely with project, QS, and contract teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and maintain budget control.
- Monitor and improve procurement processes.
About the Team:
The successful candidate will be reporting to the CEO and managing a few purchasing executive (including manager).
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent procurement experience, with strong exposure to the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, supplier market, and project requirements.
- Proven negotiation skills with a strong network and relationships across key suppliers and vendors.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
