This position requires a Senior Product Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and improvement of products and manufacturing processes.
key responsibilities
...Lead and manage product development projects from the initial concept through to mass production.
Improve and optimize existing products by focusing on performance, cost, and manufacturability.
Review technical drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and specifications to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Provide essential engineering support to the production, quality, and procurement teams.
Identify the root causes of product failures and implement effective corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate prototype development and conduct functional and validation testing.
Ensure that all products meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
requirements
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development is necessary, with a preference for experience in manufacturing or cleanroom industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is essential. Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes, as well as knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems, is also required.
