about the job
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance and supplier management
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, cost optimisation and quality compliance
- Plan and forecast materials to meet production and customer delivery schedules
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, warehouse, logistics) to ensure alignment in material planning
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory turnover efficiently
- Develop reports on purchasing performance, lead times and cost savings initiatives

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Purchasing Manager.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in purchasing and/or planning
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
