- Lead end-to-end procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Manage building projects, vendor selection and cost planning
- Collaborate with project, commercial and finance teams to ensure procurement alignment
- Oversee contract governance, risk mitigation and compliance with procurement policies
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and timelines

- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience, with strong background in QS and procurement
- Proven leadership in procurement across construction building projects
- Strong commercial acumen and vendor negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
