Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their full potential and exceed performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to attract top talent and meet the hiring needs of our clients in the engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and communications sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and recruitment requirements to deliver tailored solutions that drive success.
- Drive business development efforts to expand our client portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment consulting, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment consulting or leadership roles, with a strong track record of success in driving business results and exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve greatness.
- Deep understanding of the engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and communications industries, including market trends, talent pools, and recruitment strategies.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships based on trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
