- Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead and grow sales across the entire Sarawak region, managing and building strong partnerships with existing customers while actively acquiring new ones.
- Market & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis, planning and executing promotional activities to drive brand growth.
- Performance & Inventory Management: Achieve sales targets, ensure account profitability, and closely monitor distributor inventory, return stocks, and slow-moving items.
- Impactful Insight & Foresight: Translate market observations into actionable insights, providing crucial sales forecasts and reports that shape future strategies and drive informed decision-making.
the experience
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience.
- General Trade (GT) and distributor management experience is essential.
- Experience managing a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen.
