- Drive and achieve annual sales targets set by the company.
- Ensure the upkeep and presentation of the sales gallery.
- Handle booking fee collection, update buyer details in the IFCA system, and generate official receipts, booking forms, and other necessary documentation.
- Review and verify accuracy of Sales Forms, SPAs, and related documents before submission to the Finance Department.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
- Liaise with legal firms on documentation and with bankers on end-financing matters
skills and requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in property sales with solid track record.
- Strong people skills, confident, and target-focused.
