You will be the primary authority on platform health, ensuring that all custom applications, integrations, and module deployments (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) align with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and industry best practices.
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow orchestration to automate complex business processes for clients
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring new functionality is available and any required customisations are maintained appropriately.

skills and experience required

At least 8+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a lead Architect capacity.
Mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
Expert-level knowledge of Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer, and Virtual Agent.
Able to communicate and present well to stakeholders and clients
