As a Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead, you will play a key role in building and leading the development of web applications from front to back. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your work — ensuring every component is robust, efficient, and well-documented.

• Designing and developing front-end and back-end web applications across the full development lifecycle.
• Building responsive, scalable, and maintainable applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and PHP (CodeIgniter framework).
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Express.js or other Node-based frameworks.
• Writing and optimizing database structures and queries with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Applying DevOps practices, managing deployments, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
