Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support production systems used by enterprise clients.
Perform code-level maintenance, including handling install scripts, configuration changes, and minor bug fixes.
Support the technical onboarding of new clients, from environment setup to validation and configuration.
Troubleshoot system and integration issues like data ingestion failures and performance problems.
Respond to system alerts, triage incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams on resolutions.
Contribute to improvements in automation, supportability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a technical support or software engineering role with exposure to production environments.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across web services, APIs, and backend systems.
Ability to read and write scripts in Java and C++ (MUSTA HAVE).
Real-world experience with AWS.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem-solving.
