key responsibilities:

Architect & Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex, high-performance Java-based applications and services.
Develop & Deploy: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Oversee the entire development and deployment process, ensuring smooth and timely releases.
Mentor & Lead: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of best practices.
Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and performance issues.
Communicate: Effectively communicate technical concepts, project progress, and potential risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Innovate: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement new solutions.

requirements:

6+ years of experience within software development
Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc.).
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles of scalable and distributed systems.
Experience with deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Knowledge of frontend and mobile technologies such as Javascript, Flutter ete.
Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are nice to have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
